Brief

This product is high-tech product, has solid and liquid types. Solid is light yellow powder, liquid is brown red. The quality is better than the standard of P.R.C about polyferric sulphate. (form 1: the comparing of new polyferric sulphate with GB14591)

SPFS is a inorganic high molecular flocculant, it is the best choice for water purified agent. It can used in drinkable living water, industry water, industry sewage, city sewage and slurry water. The appliaction and dosage see form 2

Usage and cautions

before use, you should test it in beaker to determine the dosage

1, dissolved in pond in 20-50% concentration, stirred it, then standing to till the water is brown red
2, according the original medicine, its dosage is equal to polyaluminum chloride, is 1/3~1/4 of solid aluminum sulfate. The solution follows the concentration
3, during use, feeding the medicine by measure tank
4, watch the deposit forming state

condense phase : In short time, it form small deposit in water, the water is more cloud, the test rev in beaker is 250-300r/min in 10-30s, the time ashoule be less tham 2 min

flocculation phase: The deposi become biger nad biger, it need nor flow seppd and time(10-15min), you can see lots of deposit, there are clear interface in water
stir: first: 150r/min in 6min, then 60r/min in 4min
subside phase, The deposit is settled in water, you can use slanting tube or board( best methos is air float way), big deposite will fall into bottom, the smaal will become big, it last stage, the residual cloud will be changeless. Time: 20-30r/min in 5min, standing in 10min.

5, intensive filtration :it can increase the purified efficiency by filter structure and aids.
6, To industry sewage, the uses is similar with water making factory. To such water with high color, COD and high BOD, you can use some aids.
7, The former chemical settling equipment, you just need adding a dissolved pond.
8, Stored in dry place, avoid moisture and heat(<80), no break the packing, this product can be preserved in long time.
9, This product should be dissolved before use, the dissolved equipment and feeding equipment should be made from anticorrosive material.
